Apple starts iPhone 7 production in Pegatron factory according to a report
According to a new report by a journalist and leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer, the final manufacturing of iPhone 7 has started at the Pegatron factory. Steve is better known as @Onleaks on Twitter. Pegatron is Apple's manufacturing partner alongside Foxconn but right now, its only reported to manufacture the 4.7 inch iPhone 7 and not the larger 5.5 inch iPhone 7 Plus.
Though the journalist has a good track record in reporting smartphone leaks, yet we can't be too certain if what he just reported is true as well.
Apple's iPhone 7 launch is largely expected to launch in September this year and loads of speculations and rumors have started making rounds. These rumors include omission of 3.5 mm audio headphone port, a dual lens camera for the larger iPhone 7 Plus as well as replacement of Space Grey variant with Deep Blue one, the concept images of which, done by Martin Hajek, look absolutely gorgeous. We would have to wait till September now to see what rumors do come out to be true and Aple always has this uncanny ability to surprise the consumers at the last moment. This year would be no exception hopefully.
