Apple might launch a 10.9 inch bezel less iPad along with two other models in March 2017
Apple may be planning to launch three iPads in March next year, as a report from Apple Insider claims. The publication states that 2017 iPad models would comprise of updated 9.7 inch and 12.9 inch Pro versions as well as a fresh new bezel less 10.9 inch tablet. Apple Insider adds that the new 10.9 inch tablet would have the same dimensions as the current 9.7 inch iPad Pro but would be able to accommodate the larger display due to a lack of bezels. There might be no iPad mini refresh next year as per the website.
Noted Apple analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo from KGI Securities has already hinted at a few features of the next generation iPads, one of those being inclusion of Apple's A10X TSMC manufactured processors built using 10 nm fabrication process. After having launched iPhone 7 and 7 Plus using the same design language as the previous two generations of iPhones, it seems that 2017 is going to be a big year for the company as it plans to overhaul both iPhones as well as iPads with complete design modifications.
