Images of OnePlus 5 retail box and cases leaked online
New images of OnePlus 5 retail box and cases have been leaked online by Lockednet. These images seem to confirm the fact that the device has a dual camera on the rear. The phone's similarities to iPhone 7 Plus design is pretty evident from these new pictures that have emerged online. The images further seem to show that the Home key would be present in the front as there is no cutout for a fingerprint sensor at the back of the pictured cases.
OnePlus 5 is slated to come with some mighty specs including a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. It would sport two variants, one with 6 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage and another with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.
The phone would carry a 5.5 inch QHD display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. It would have a dual camera setup at the rear with both lenses featuring a resolution of 16 Megapixels. OnePlus 5 would have a battery capacity of 4000 mAh and will run on Android 7.1 Nougat.
If OnePlus designers can carve out a good looking phone, this latest flagship killer from the company would definitely give the likes of Samsung S8, S8+, Google Pixel 2 and its own OnePlus 3/3T a run for their money.
The device is slated to launch globally on June 20th followed by a launch in India on June 22nd. OnePlus would also hold pop-up events in major Indian cities like Delhi and Bangalore where fans and users can touch, use and feel the product before making a final decision to buy the same.
