Leaked slide and image reveal iPhone 8 has TouchID embedded under the display

The Internet is growing red hot with iPhone 8 rumors and leaks. A mobile pricing website priceraja.com has just posted an image from a summit somewhere in Shenzhen in China. The leaked image on a slide reveals that the upcoming iPhone has TouchID embedded under the screen. Lets be honest about it, we have been dying for that one feature and this image does calm our nerves just a bit.

Apart from the embedded fingerprint sensor, the image also shows that there are no bezels on the left and right edges, though contrary to other speculations, the top and bottom do seem to have bezels similar to the ones found on Samsung S8 and S8+.

The other details shown in the slide include a 5.8 inch OLED display with 2.5D curved glass and 3D touch. Just today, Apple supplier Wistron's CEO also claimed that the iPhone 8 will have waterproofing and wireless charging built in.

However, we warn you to take these rumors and leaks with a proverbial pinch of salt as nothing is confirmed as yet. And quite frankly, the iPhone 8 image on the slide just does not seem appropriate, Apple should definitely have a better design on the drawing table than this one.
