Chinese mobile company Transsion Holdings has today launched two smartphones in India under a new brand called Infinix. The brand follows the strategy of going beyond by challenging the norms and innovating par excellence. The two new smartphones under Infinix are called Note 4 and Hot 4 Pro being priced at Rs. 8999 and Rs. 7499 respectively. Infinix Note 4 will be available on Flipkart from 12 noon on August 3rd while Infinix Hot 4 Pro will hit the e-commerce retailer at 23:59 on August 3rd.

On specifications front, Infinix Note 4 uses a 5.7 inch Full HD IPS display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a brightness level of 500 nits. The phone is equipped with 2.5D curved glass within a sleek 8.4 mm frame. The device gets powered by an Octa-core MediaTek MT6753 1.3 GHz processor coupled with ARM Mali-T720 GPU running at 450 MHz. Note 4 has 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory. The dual SIM phone has a third slot for microSD cards which is a far better offering than hybrid slot devices. The memory can be expanded up to 128 GB. There is a 13 Megapixels rear camera on board with various professional and manual modes. The front camera carries a resolution of 8 Megapixels along with a customisable LED flash allowing users to set levels of lighting discretely. Note 4 sports a battery capacity of 4300 mAh along with 18W Xcharge fast charging technology that charges the battery up to 75% in just 60 minutes. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat wrapped under XOS UI and has a fingerprint sensor on front home key below the display. The device would sell in a multitude of colors - Ice Blue, Champagne Gold and Milan Black.

The second device, Hot 4 Pro is being marketed as an entry level phone by Infinix. It sports a 5.5 inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and a pixel density of 267 ppi. Hot 4 Pro gets powered by a Quad core 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6737W processor backed by ARM Mali-T720 GPU. There is 3 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage on board. The dual SIM phone uses a third microSD card slot for expanding memory up to 128 GB. The device is equipped with dual speakers employing Dirac Stereo Widening technology for a more immersive audio experience during media consumption or while playing games. The phone has a 13 Megapixels camera on the rear and a 5 Megapixels camera on the front supported by a soft light flash. Hot 4 Pro carries a 4000 mAh battery and runs XOS UI layered over Android 6 Marshmallow. The device would be available in 3 colors - Bordeaux Red, Quartz Black and Magic Gold.

Flipkart is introducing the phones with a number of launch offers. Consumers can get 2 months free Hotstar Premium subscription. Additionally, exchange of old devices can get you up to Rs. 8500 off on Note 4 and up to Rs. 7000 off on Hot 4 Pro depending on various terms and conditions. A discount of 15% can be availed on Flipkart Fashion and Lifestyle category on August 5th and August 6th.
